I need some calrifications on tasks

I see the tasks below the task tab are mostly like signing up and clicking the ads or to visit the blog and add comments etc. Q1. Will the task master accept all completed tasks or does he has a choice in choosing and paying? Q2.Asking to Click the ads is not so appealing to me without any interest in the ad ? Have anyone of you had done such tasks ? Is it legitimate to do such things ex clicking on their blog ads etc ? Correct me if I am wrong. Thank you
