The consequences of sleeping badly are noticeable on a global scale.Sleepiness is only one of them.
Over 50% of work accidents are said to caused by a little or bad sleep or a bad sleep hygiene.
There are many other physiological and effect on are personality due to lack of sleeping. What are the other consequences of sleeping badly?

Consequences i find to not getting enough sleep or sleeping badly is not having enough energy to do what you need to do in the daytime and nearly falling to sleep alot. You also could wake up with achy muscles and a headache if you've slept bad or in a bad position. You wake up cranky and are moody throughout the day quite often too.

sleeping badly provokes a lot of unlikely conseguences: people are nervous, and they couldn't relate with the others.
furthermore sleeping badly could be related with some physical problems, for istance the obesity is partially related with this bad habit.

yes obesity is really problem related with sleeping as lack of sleep makes our metabolism to work slow.
