loudmo legit or scam?

loudmo is pay per install affiliate program where you get paid when user install program through your affiliate link on your website..they are legit but poor in processing payment..i mean they don't pay on time and many people complain about it but ya they do pay but you got to wait for some interval.pay per install is not a good way to monetize your website content as those software always contain spyware,adware and virus.
