Haiti and its disasters

I respect mother nature, I think everything happens for a reason and that mother nature keeps the balance in life. But today viewing the news (I'm from Puerto Rico) I see that this hurricane category 3 possibly is going to attack Haiti. This will be the second or third (not sure my memory can trick me in this one) that a hurricane attacks Haiti in this year. I'm really concerned because now they also have an epidemic of Cholera. So they wont be able to leave the Country and they still have to keep dealing with all this nature disasters. I think Mother Nature is being hard in this one. Will like to know your opinions about this topic.
