In my work, I don't have the time to eat breakfast. I only drink coffee and bread. Then off to work. I also do this because I wanted to budget things up. Because I don't have anyone who is with me at home. I only cook when office hours are done. And also because I am always in a hurry when I go to word so I haven't had the time to eat the right meal for breakfast.

I agree that the important meal is breakfast. but sometimes it is really hard to eat if there is only rice in the table and nothing accompanied even at least i servings of vegetable. but you know i still eat rice even it only sprinkled by salt. Have you tried such?

You know why most of us skip breakfast? Because we wake up late :)
They say that the important meal is breakfast and I agree with that but most of the time we are lazy to eat breakfast. We can skip dinner but not breakfast. Thanks

I work as a salesgirl, right? So there have been times (almost everytime), when i have to skip breakfast, and have to go for long hours without eating, the least being 6 hours. So, I do get hungry, my stomach does growl and make noises that everyone can hear, I sweat, I starve...and it makes me hate my job, but i'm used to it. I can go without food for many hours, but I do get hungry, but I can continue work without letting it distract me.

Of course not.. My head is aching if i don't eat breakfast in a single day. When there are times that i don't have rice to eat, i need at least 3 pieces of bread to eat. i cannot work well if my tummy is empty.

Yeah, especially if there's lot works to be done. You get dizzy and unable to concentrate. Thanks and never skip breakfast :)

You are correct. Most of the time we don't feel hungry in the morning. I do, too, but after doing some work and there's not enough time to grab a snack, I feel dizzy and weak because I'm already hungry. Imagine not eating the whole night and then skip breakfast again! Thanks for the response!

I make an effort to eat at least something in the morning. Even if it is a banana, at least it is something. I just need something to eat to jumpstart my morning absolutely each and every day. It is also a habit that I have gotten into ever since I was a small child. Even if I am basically eating as I am going out the door, nearly stumbling over myself, at least that is something.
Because there are days where it is a long time until lunch. So I have to eat something to really hold me over until then. If lunch is noon or one and I had not eaten since dinner at about five or six the previous night, that is a long time without food. And when I do not have food, I do get rather cranky and irritable, as I am sure many is. So for the safety of everyone around me and also my own sanity, I do in fact eat breakfast. Skipping it is just not something I am going to do.

It is really hard to work for long hours when you have not eaten anything or just a little. Someone who has the kind of work like you should eat a heavy breakfast meal to last until next meal. Anyway thanks!

I do, a lot of the time, even though I know it is really bad. Today I actually had breakfast, but that is more of an exception to the rule than the actual rule, to be honest.
I mostly do it because of lack of time, I just do not seem to have enough time in the mornings for some reason!

I agree with you. We are used to not eating breakfast, but if there's a busy day ahead then that's the time you say you should have eaten. Thanks

If it's possible, i don't like to skip breakfast. it is an important meal of the day. It gets us started to face the day.
