Meats are rich in protein which our body needs to build up muscles and give us energy to perform daily activities in life. While vegetables are also good for our health, specially the green leafy vegetables like malunggay (moringa oleifera). It's rich in vitamins and minerals such as calcium, iron, vitamin. vitamin c.vitamin A and many more. I believe we must eat balance diet to achieve optimum health. We must eat vegetables and meat in a balance way which is in the right amount based on RDA. Personally I can't eat meat all the times. I prefer vegetables mix with some pieces of cut pork or chicken. It's very good to my taste. How about you? Are you conscious with the foods you take in? How do you maintain good health by eating foods?

I agree with you, the best thing is to eat a balanced diet, since our body needs different kinds of food to stay healthy.
If I have to choose, however, I like meat much better than vegetables... when it comes to vegetables I only like them when they're raw, as in, eating them in salads and such (with the exception of onion, that I like when it's cooked too). But even though I prefer meat, I also try to eat vegetables regularly, since I want to be healthy.

Here the vegetables are quite important for our diet. We will have at least one kind of vegetables everyday. Even if the vegetables are becoming expensive, but we will still buy it. It is OK that we don't eat meats, but the vegetables are necessary.
I love China

Definitely veggies, though like them mostly cooked over raw (except for if it is something like celery, then raw, definitely). But veggies, but I'd also say mixed with things like sweet potatoes, sweet cooked carrots; it really depends on how you have them cooked. It makes such a difference.
I used to eat meat, but not anymore. And plus, even if I wanted to, I would not be able to have much, because of past kidney failure. So I am on a low protein diet.

I prefer vegetables, especially cabbages and carrots. I find them taste lovely when cooked together. But in order to keep a balanced diet I always make sure I cook enough meat as my daily protein intake. Although I like veggies, I am not vegetarian. Meat is still part of my diet.

I mainly eat meat with a few vegetables on occasions but i do try to cut down the meat throughout the day and have something like potatoes or carrots with food as i'm quite picky on foods. I like cheese though and that is nor vegetables or meat.

I like veggies more than meat. I like to eat a lot of chicken though. I know we do have to eat some meat, but I don't like to all the time.

Hello May. Nice to see you again. I am not a vegetarian, but I eat more vegetables than meat I would say. When I go to restaurants which serve buffets, my choices are more vegetable dishes. I do understand the health value of veggies, and at the same time, I like the taste of different types of veggies in the form of fried dishes, soups, mixed with meat or seafood, etc.

When I was younger, I used to eat meat a lot. When I grew older and became more health conscious, I started adding vegetables to my meals. Yet, I cannot eat vegetables by itself. I should have a meat dish to accompany it, or I prefer the vegetables to be mixed with meat or at least some tofu.
