We all love the sweetness of sugar and what it does to our favorite drinks and desserts. However, sugar has been long linked to obesity and diabetes. Thus, it is necessary to reduce the amount of sugar that we consume everyday. Although sugar can be found in many kinds of foods, reducing the amount of sugar that we add in our coffee or juice will help a lot. A great way to reduce our sugar intake is by decreasing it little by little and thus giving your taste buds to adjust such that you cannot actually notice the difference.
Hope i do share a great information for us to be healthy in a simple way.

Yes, sugar and other types of carbs are responsible for a lot of people gaining weight, I totally agree. When I want to lose a little weight, I just cut down on carbs, such as flour and sugar, and that really works!

I try to remember to look how much sugar is in the food i'm eating but its not always possible to find out is it. I don't eat much sugar though as i try to cut it down so i have a balanced diet as much as i can. My mum has diabetes but not the type thats caused by sugar or eating too much fatty foods, hers runs in the family.
