How to gain weight?

Ever since i got sick, which was a month ago..I lost my appetite for food, I don't eat that much anymore. I want to gain some weight again. I was thinking if there are any cheap but effective vitamins i can take to get my appetite back?

go to gym,start exercising,eat more and eat balanced diet
and most important start taking whey protein it will increase your muscles mass not your fat.

no whey proteins can be taken by anybody who is working towards a fitness goal.

All start from your diet:Most people are not eating enough protein & eating too many simple carbohydrates & not eating a weight gain diet.
Start eating 5-6 meals per day (space them out to about once every three hours).This is a weight gain diet.
Increase your protein intake & reduce your simple fat intake. Without protein your body cannot build new muscle.
Increase your water intake. A good formula for this is to multiply your body weight by .66 to get the required number of pound per day.
Use nutritional supplements. If you can't afford too many products, just stick with one basics; like whey protein or carbohydrate powder.But If u can't afford whey protein & carbohydrate powder then next best thing is egg whites.
Gain weight not fat.

Thank you for the details. I should do some research what food that are rich in protein to include in my diet. I don't know why but it is really hard to weight gain for me. My mom used to be slim to when she was still single. She just gained weight when she got married and gave birth.

Lysine works for me... any multivitamin pill that has the right amount of lysine does help me boost my appetite. yes it's true, after getting sick, i always find myself losing weight as i go through the illness..... i hope you'll totally recover soon and that you will gain your ideal weight really soon.

just do more exercises than before and you will be hungry ,lol
you must eat too much .it is certainly that you need to keep some time untile you recovery .
