With Bonifacio Day between the recent holidays of All Saints & All Souls, Christmas is on most everyone's radar.
How will you celebrate Christmas here in the Philippines?

Hi manilatop10. I will be with my choir for the mid night mass after which with the barkada("close friends") till 4am (well this depends on how we will celebrate). After a short rest, christmas day , will be with my brothers , sisters, nephews and nieces. In the evening I will be at my barkadas again. This is my plan for this christmas.. How about the other pinoys here what are your plans.

Hi 2. I attended a mid-night mass once before, in Guam and had to leave after 30 minutes since the focus was on one simple message :) Good that you will be able to enjoy the company of so many friends and family members!

me and my family always have this routine: before or after christmas we go to my dad's hometown to celebrate it with my relatives there and on the christmas day itself, we celebrate it on my mom's relatives

Like I always do - with my family. We usually exchange gifts christmas eve, with the kids getting the majority of them, after going to mass and sharing a meal together. On christmas day we get together to eat and watch movies all day. Our parents in the meantime are busy receiving guests.

Interesting social way of celebrating.
In England, as a child, there was Boxing Day, which follows Christmas and allows for more adult activities while keeping the 25th geared towards the children.
