Here are some tips that i will share to you , hope you will find it interesting.
1. Believe in something greater then yourself
2. Pray on a daily basis
3. Always be honest with self
4. Meditate
5. Yoga
6. Find a place in your home that is your own little sanctuary.
7. Read a good book
8. Have a bubble bath when things get hectic to sooth your troubles away
9. Never settle for less
10. Most important, love yourself...
I am so glad i have found this tips, i cannot say that i could do this all in our house but i will try, there is no harm in trying right. Sometimes i forget to pray but always remember that prayers is a powerful tool for us so we need to pray everyday when getting out bed or going to sleep thanking all the blessing. Hope that i can do all of this ways some other time, hope i can make it.

very nice discussion . some points like honesty ought to come at number one.
As Mahatma Gandhi said "work is worship" so you can add this point also . Meditation is a part of yoga. As you say you forget to pray even if you remember God before taking food like observing 01 minutes silence it is like praying only.
You just can't pray all the times. If you are honest with yourself that is a big blessing for one. Like they say "honesty is the best policy "

that live according to some regulations makes people healthy .that is my conclusion from what you have posted .but it is very important that people need meditating usually and need more knoeledge forever.
I also try some!
