nowaday, people use pesticide in almost everything, vegetables and fruits. but so many people cant buy the organic one because the price are so expensive, meanwhile the salary is average. do you think there are any healthy food to eat beside organic food? because i want to maintain my health but dont have much budget to buy organic food.

Yes. There's still healthy foods out there beside organic foods. Organic foods are pricey that's why, only those that are earning well could afford to buy them. Maybe we should propagate plants even in small spaces or pots so we could eat safe veggies just like what im doing right now. Honey from the bees are good source of healthy vitamins and minerals that are good for the bodies, Coconut and its juice are excellent source of good health too and maybe, fishes that was propagated well enough. Good night!

you're planting your own veggies?wow, it's wonderful. you dont have to worry about pesticide if you're planting it by your self. and i almost forget about honey and coconut. yes they are really safe and good for health. thank you for the info.

The best thing then is to cook yourself, from scratch. That way, you always know what you are eating and putting in your body. I do this and I feel much healthier than if I would always eat out at least. So I am pretty sure it is a good method...

Sadly, organics are very expensive. When buying normal fruits and vegetables just be sure to wash them the best you can. Its still better to eat lost of nonorganic fruits and veggies than only a few organic ones. When ever possible don't buy anything that has been bleached, whole grain is much better for you (Rice, noodle, bread etc.)
I don't understand why our governments allow the use of pesticedes now that they know how bad they are, it amkes no sense to me. :(

it scares me to eat any kind of food. because even noodles and bread are danger. in my country there are unresponsible person who made noodles using formalin so it will long lasting, and there are unresponsible person who made bread using a lot of pig oil or pig fat to make it crunchy while it has a high cholesterol. i'm confused to choose what kind of food to eat :(
but you are right eat a lot of non organic vegetables better than only eat a few organic. it will has no effect if we only eat a few of it.
