What is the point of tagging? i usually skip them so it would not waste my time. Do you tag your answers or discussions?

I tag because I like to have many responses. Tagging helps that. If I get more responses I have several gains. First, I can comment on the answers and get paid for that too. Second, I find new people with my interests so I find new friends (more discusions). Third, I can even find out what I wrote. All that is participation, by the way.

I´m glad to have been of help. When we are newbies at this site, we have lots of questions. Most of them are answered if you read the rules and guidelines of the site but one always also wants the feelings of other members.

i think if you open a discussion cna be useful put some tags in this way people searching for related topic can find your discussion easely and so give the response on the contrary as regards single response i always skip the tags step also because i never found a real useful function..

Tagging helps people to find your discussion which in turn increases the odds of people commenting or contributing which results in more opportunities for you to respond and earn money for those resonses.
I always tag discussion that i start, though i rarely tag discussions that i respond to. I usually only tag someone else's discussion if i feel i have added a new point to the discussion which requires extra tagging.
It doesn't take much effort to add a tag so i don't have a problem doing it ccasionally.
