does anyone actually READ PTC ads?

I have just started using PTC sites, and am very new to them. I was wondering if anyone actually takes the time to read the ads they are clicking, or do people just assume most of them are "too good to be true" and just wait for the time limit to be up and close them? I am thinking about starting a blog and wonder if it is worth posting ads on these sites? I must confess that I don't actually read most of them very carefully, although sometimes there is one or two that catch my eye. What do you think?
