it depends...if i'm currently single at the time the fixed marriage took place, i probably wouldn't mind as LONG AS i know that i'm marrying a GOOD man...and when i say good, i mean he has the qualities of a generally good man.....

I don't agree with anyone having to go through a fixed marriage. I think it's just wrong for someone to have to marry someone they don't know. I know that's not the way God intended things to be. If I were to be in that type of situation, I just wouldn't do it. I don't truly see how you could be forced to do something like that. I mean there's only one way, but that's a harmful way and I don't believe anyone to drop down to that type of level. I surely hope that people will soon stop trying to have these fixed marriages and allow people to search and interact with other people to find the right person for themselves.

Why do you call arranged marriage as fixed marriage, because it is once for all, and one has to stick to one woman only?
Mine was arranged marriage in 1966, we are so happy
