tips for teaching esl (tefl teachers)

I'm just doing my tefl and I'm hoping to go back to teaching English (tried last year but then moved back to UK, I'm back abroad now). I'll most probably teach student age pupils. Was wondering if we have any tefl teachers on mylot who would care to share tips.

I don't understand what 'tefl teacher'. means. If anybody teaches English me English, i will be happy. As i am living in Germany i have to concentrate in German language also. I feel that my English language knowledge is decreasing. Please explain me what is tefl teachers.

sorry for the assumption. tefl - Teaching English as a Foreign Language. It's the qualification native English speakers get in order to teach English to non-native English speakers. it's not a big course but does help with employment abroad as well as being aware of how you use English to those people who didn't grow up speaking the English language.
