Yes, i believe that skimping on sleep is unhealthy, and it could cause hear disease. If you only sleep for 5 hours or less, you are 45 percent more likely to develop heart disease than those who get eight hours, and those who sleep on an average of nine plus hours would have 38 percent higher risk.
Will you believe on that? Let me hear from you.

Well obviously I think that not having enough sleep would not be good times. It could really have different effects on people I would think. I would believe anything anymore, because the lack of sleep is really something that really does have a lot of interesting things that lead to some bad things. This is why I try to get some sleep, to avoid as many health problems that I can.
Still, that is quite interesting to say the very least. To think that the lack of sleep leads to heart disease, never heard of that but I am really not surprised about that. Of course, there are other reasons why you should get enough sleep. Still this just puts another reason on top of the list of many. So yeah I would believe lack of sleep can lead to many problems.

well I think that sleeping more than 8 hours is not good because sometimes i feel from myself too that when I sleep more than 8 hours my heart is not in good condition and also I have a hard breathing so I guess sleeping 7 hours in enough for me or 6 hours.
