Many a times you come across a situation that someone is laughing at you without a reason. In such situation we have to think a little bit and take a action. What will you do if you come across such situation? What will be your reaction?

i'll first try to work out his reason of lauughing at me. technically, i believe everyone does something out of a particular reason or motivation. so i think it's better for me to figure out his reason and then decide whether he is reasonable or is just doing nonsense by laughing at me. whatever the result is, i will not bother to argue with him because i always believe that only stupid persons laugh at other people. it's no use trying to argue.

Ignore them. That's the needed action.
I've observed sometimes, that people around me in my office were laughing at me. I know they are useless either to the employer or for themselves, so I don't mind them.
Sometimes, we also did the same thing to those people. It is usual likeminded people join together. So, when we see those persons doing something awkward, we used to laugh at them.

I will try to ignore such persons because I don't know whether that person have any mental problem or not. If he pin points me before others then I will ask the reason behind it? After that I will decide whether to kiss him or kick him.

If that person/people is/are laughing at me for absolutely no reason, then I don't suppose I'd take the laughter to heart. The worst that could've happened is that the may have heard an (obviously false) rumor about me. Of course, every situation is different and my reaction would be purely based on the context it was in. If, for example, I had sent some rather personal pictures to a friend of mine and then the next day I came to discover his/her friends laughing at me for no good reason, then my reaction would be more one of anger than of dismissal.
Usually, though, if you get pissed at something like that it will just fuel it further. My suggestion to you would be to just try to ignore it as best you can so that you don't feed into it.
