I usually like to have a morning walk, it gives me some sort of freshness for that whole day. During evening time most of days I will be bit tried and after those works at my office I may not get a specific time. But during morning I am almost punctual in my jogging and walking. I enjoy the morning walk. On morning I am almost punctual provided there is no rain.

Hi Sham, I am not going for a walk either in morning or in the evening as an exercise so there is no question of punctuality. But I do walk a lot in day on my way to office and back. My office situated inside area and I have to walk from the bus stop to my office. My house is also away from the main road and I have to walk this distance too. Earlier I had the habit of night walks, yes after the dinner, me and my kids went for a walk and I have seen that many people have the habit of walking after dinner. Now we shifted our home and this area is not comfortable for a night walk. (earlier place there is a park and enough space to enjoy the walk)

I like walking in general but I prefer walking in the morning. It makes me feel better. After a walk I'm relaxed and I can began to work in a better way. for this reason I try every day to have a walk befor work!

Nope, I am terrible. My (work) schedule changes day to day, and that's why I think it's hard to make myself a routine. That's my excuse anyhow. I am very sporadic in my walking habits. Plus, it's also dependant on the weather!

Hi, I have not been for morning walks for very long time. When I was young, I did join my father for morning walk and it is very refreshing. Only when I reached home, then I felt tired and my leg was so pain.It was because I hardly do any exercise at home. Now, I don't really have free time to do morning walk or evening walk. Of course, I do hope one day I can spare my weekend time to do some exercise which may give good benefits for my body.

Hi, Evening walks are more suitable for me as I am quite busy in the morning.Preparing myself to work and sending the kids off to school takes much of my morning time. I am not so tied up in the evening so I do have plenty of time to stroll in the park. However puntuality is something I rarely keep up with.Maybe I ought to work on that one.I would hit the teadmill on the rainy days.Personally I think its best to enjoy a morning walk due to the fresh air crispness which will be a good stimulant to our senses.

I tend to really enjoy walking early in the morning. There is nothing better than an early morning walk to really get me waken up. Some fresh air is good that early in the morning. Therefore, getting to go on a walk is something that I like to do. It is just a good time to start out the day and to really get it started on the right foot all things considered. I do try and walk regularly when the chance offers itself. Obviously when the weather is not really all that good, it is impossible. Still pretty much each and every day, I try to walk. Even if it is just a walk around the block and back. Any bit of exercise helps and walking is something that really does help me to clear my head. Therefore a walk is something that really gets things off the right foot. Best done in the morning for me, but anytime is good.

Hi Dear, I don’t have a punctual morning or evening walk practice. When I live the office in the morning about 8:00 am, I have to walk 10-15 mts. to the nearby railway station. Also, after getting down from the station, I need to walk about 15-20 mts. from the station to office. This is a regular practice and I think this make good enough waling. In the morning when I come out of the office, I can see a lot of people on the roads they are rally walking as a jogging practice. But I think if we really need to get the benefit of waling, we should be prepared for it and should be in such a manner. Regards, Thank-s
