I am in a permanent government job since last 15 years with a good salary which is just hand to mouth only. The employer is a government body. So you can think that it is a big organization. My job is transferable. So every 3 to 5 years I use to move from one place to another. Now a days the system have changed so much in comparison to administration in which I am not able to cope up. I feel I am being neglected and not getting equal status for which I am capable of. That's why I have decided to quit the job and join an organization where I can get both my dignity and respect for myself and for job too. Now a days getting such job is also a challenge. Not so easy to find too. My wife also not supporting me to do so. I am in a dilemma now. Please help me in deciding my future carrier. May your suggestions will enlighten my closed mind and help me in choosing a right decision.
