I can't believe anyone could be happy duct taping a puppy...

I was about to sleep lastnight when I saw it on Animal planet, some kids (teenager i guess) decided to duct tape a puppy and put a plastic on her mouth so she couldn't breathe and left her to die in an open empty field inside a black plastic bag, if not for a man who saw those kids laughing, he wouldn't have looked at the plastic...the puppy is safe now, but i can't believe someone would actually do something so cruel.

And you would see that most of the ones who does these things are children... I don't how their parents raised them but this cruelty and to think that they were laughing while doing this horrible thing to a LIVING CREATURE... I think after 10 years, our WORLD will be seeing many sociopaths and psychopaths roaming around... Psychiatrists says that it starts while young with animals and insects.. I hope these children will still be touched by God and still be taught by their parents how to be HUMANS...

Yes i agree, i know they can still change since they are still young but without ground vaues and proper guidance, im scared for the future.
