My monitor Strange Display Problem. Can you Help ????

My HCM 780 Monitor always displays menu list such as birghtness, contract etc., automatically, and increase and decrease brightness, contract change language also. pl suggest what to do. Not possible to do work because of appearance on the screen.beaause of this reasn i stopped using the monitor also.but nw there is a situation i have to use it then what i have to do ??? and one more thing this problem is only in Winter and rainy seasons may be beacause of moisture.It worked fine fr 2mnths in summer in between.. do you have any idea about this strage problem. Nte : its not in warranty.its bought abut 2and 1/2 years back.HCL asked 1200rs just for moving monitor to their workshop.thats too much na ??? i can buy an new 2nd hand monitor in that price.
