I love reading and I already finished reading Dan Brown's book The Lost Symbol. It's really interesting and got me glued to my computer for hours (EBOOK) .
What about you guys? What's the last book you just read that really made you forget about everything?
Was it so interesting that you really made an effort to finish it just for a few hours or days?

"Lovedecisions" by Donald Harvey, that was the last book that i finished reading.
it's quite interesting since the content of this book is about love decision-making.
the author gives some right strategies or give some advices in making a decision in
terms of love...:-)

I have forgotten about my last read book. It's in the library when i read it. I didn't finish it as i'm in a rush then. All i know is that when i picked it up, start reading it, i was so engrossed that i stood there for a good 2 hours, only to wake up when my friend called me. In a rush, i put the book back and went off. Next day when i returned to the library, the good is no longer there and i have forgotten about it till u reminded me now.

I recently finished two books. One of them was a very old book that I found at the library. It is from 1944 and the language and the writing style were a bit different from the books that I usually read, but I liked the story. It was about a girl who had tuberculosis and who had to spend many months at the hospital. The book described her experiences at the hospital, and I found it interesting to read the descriptions because I have been a nursing student and the working conditions and a lot of other things have changed since that time.
The other book was a collection of short stories (horror stories) and some of the stories were pretty interesting but not as scary as I expected.

What I Was by Meg Rosoff. I actually picked this up from Dollar Tree or some store with a cheapo discount book rack... I liked the cover art. It really appealed to me and I didn't know what to expect with the novel.
It was actually quite good!

The last book that I was able to read in just the period of a few days was "My Sister's Keeper" by Jodi Picoult. It was the first of her books that I read and I really liked the way that she told the story. I thought it was very good that she was able to write from so many different points of view while writing this book and that is the main thing that I thought was so very different from most of the other books that I've read recently.
