Bad management

Honestly this is more of a rant than anything...I hate management who enforce such strict rules and regulations and yet dont follow it themselves...Its hypocritical and very demoralizing...y cant we ever find good management... Im not saying one who isnt so strict and lets me do whatever i want...I mean a manager who has the same respect for the rules and their employees with a smile on their face. Thoughts anyone?

That sounds to me like a business that will go down the drain. As when a person in authority himself does not follow the rules then what can the company later expect but everyone including the manager to abuse the system.
