Hi insulin I was wondering how old are you? Are you energetic next day if you sleep 6 hours? i wish i can sleep less time just like you, but i can't. Usually i sleep 8~9 hours. is it a link between sleeping and weight? i have never heard this.

Well I usually need to sleep more than 8 hours a day.

I know I sleep for at least 8 hours, sometimes it could be closer to 10. I tend to make the most of my sleep, so I feel well the next day because I tend to feel rough if I sleep below 8 hours and sometimes it drags when I have slept for that amount of time but been busy with work. Everyday is different though, so I can only really give an average but I would say around 9 normally.

I do generally try to sleep approximately eight hours a night. Sometimes I sleep a little less, but I try not to sleep than 7 hours. But there are just those nights when I can't really do much about sleeping very little.

The longest time I sleep is 6 hours, too. Last month, there were times when I only had 2 to 3 hours of sleep for 5 consecutive days because of work and other responsibilities and activities outside the office. If sleeping more can really lose weight, then I guess I better do something about my sleeping routine because I think I've gained weight and I feel heavy, too.

On average, I sleep about 4 hours a day. No joke. The only thing keeping me alive is caffeine and the fear of something happening to my kids if I fall asleep during the day. I am pretty sure it is just the result of an extremely unhealthy lifestyle. Horrible diet, very little exercise, profuse smoking, and an abundance of stress.

i would love to get to sleep 6 hours! My son woke me up every hour or so all through the night last night. I actually got to sleep one five hour slot since I have brought him home. But usually it's 2 to 4 hours at the most. Then there are nights like last night where he was uncomfortable. He's not felt well this week so I'm guessing that's the trouble!
