Flash for beginners

Hi I want to learn Flash CS5.. Can anyone help me to learn this.. From opening to animating and importing flash file to website.. Thanks in advance

It is best if you search for some local institute and learn there. If you do not have time for institute then go for a private tutor who can teach this.

I have been looking into css myself and i brought a book explaining it all and theres self help information in it too, i do wish there was a video of it though as it would be easier to follow than the book. The book is good don't get me wrong, but i am better at understanding it via a video than reading books.
