how to get more referrals?

I have joined many PTC sites. The problem is that without any referrals, earning in PTC sites is a time consuming process. In order to earn money, we need lot of referrals for our PTC programs. I find it very difficult to find referrals for my PTC programs. Is there any easy methods to obtain lot of referrals?
