Yes there is - it's called "Easy cash" and you earn by doing tasks posted there, visiting it every day and of course by the work of your referrals. If you want to join it, just PM me and I'll send you the link; also if you want to join under another member or under one of your friends just ask him for the link - joining is free.

There is an application called Clowdcrowd which is a micro jobs site. You can do small jobs, and it pays through paypal.
