Maybe my cousin is a little bit overweight, but he needs to work out if he felt embarrassed. My aunt thought that those diet products which guarantee of fast slim just bogus. You can't trust it, and they are unhealthy products to try. I would strongly suggest him go on hiking, or jogging whenever he has time, and hold his will for doing it. It is much better to take those diet drinks. They guarantee not need to work out, no need to reduce eating amount, and basically doing nothing, and you will get slim fast within a month. That just too good to be true, isn't it?

I don't trust them either..some could be harmful unless they are prescribed by a doctor... All he needs to do is exercise a lot and he will see the difference in a few months or so....he should never take a shortcut to having a slim body..just work-out and eat right

You are absolutely right. Diet products can be very dangerous. The makers of these products are trying to take advantage of the sensitive, emotional needs of people struggling with weight issues.
Your suggestions are great - a little physical activity and sensible eating habits. I like the old fashioned way of handling this problem; not some magic pill or drink. These diet items often do much more harm than good.
I wish you and your cousin well.

i totally agree with you.many people try to lose weight by eat some pills or diet products,i think they have no experience to fight fat or they do not spend any times to do some exercise,so how to encourage them to go out the room will be the big problem

I agree, ingesting those diet pills and stuff might be dangerous to the health. Some of them have properties that can increase your heart rate therefore it would not be advisable for people with heart conditions. Another thing is that the results would not last long. If you stop taking the pills, then there is a big possibility that you will get fatter and fast. The healthier option is proper diet (meaning regulating the food you eat) and regular exercise.

natural is always better than artificial. What i mean is, I agree with you that your cousin must consider exercise. He must eat the right kind of food and eat healthy like veggies. You won't be fat with veggies, try to decrease the meat and carbohydrates. Those diet products might affect his liver which will lead to illness.

You know that there is actually products dat r natural that assist in wieght loss. the 'EAT AS MUCH AS YOU WANT AND LOSE WEIGHT' systems are all lies, how could you possibly loose weight while eating everything. If your cousin wants to loose weight i suggest he gets in touch with nature, eat alot of greens and vegz, drink 2litres of water a day and stay far away from junk.

yes i think it cna be a good suggestion in reality in amny ountries as in Us or even some others in europe there are a lot of diet products you cna see on tv where they promise big results but seldom they are really affordable..in amny cases i think that if she could practice some physical activity and she is careful about what she eats..normally she can solve some problems linked to that..surely if there are something of really important or real diet problem it is much better speak with a doctor..

I agree with you on that, I wouldn't trust them either. They aren't approved by the FDA, and like you said, they're not guaranteed that they're going to work. And usually they don't! I don't like this new trend of people trying to find short-cuts in doing things. If you want to lose weight, you gotta put a lot of time & effort into it - and can't expect there to be a "magic pill" out there to take care of it for you. Nope, eating right and exercising every day are the only real ways I know how to lose weight. It's definitely a challenge, but of course it can be done!

Yes, of course, it's just too god to be true and may be quite dangerous. Maybe some slimming juice will do, those in the commercials on tv. But still, he needs to exercise and eat right..nothing comes without hard work. If he really wants it he should earn it.

One thing people who want to lose weight do not realize is that they did not gain it overnight, so for them to think that they can lose it quickly have it all wrong. As taking the pills and or doing the diet gimmicks then what do they do after they get off of them and resume their normal eating bad habits.
Oops they will gain it twice as much back. A diet consists of proper eating habits and exercise regimen. Discipline must be ascertained for the rest of their lives if they truly do not want to be on a diet roller coaster.
