I dont know if there is a new policy or what. I used to have $36.05 on my earnings but now its gone. Last time I logged in was May 2010, I know its been awhile, but why would mylot take my money. I didnt cash it out coz I said I was gonna wait for it to grow to $50.00 coz of my referrals, now its all gone. Does this mean I have to start all over again? and my referrals are all gone? What went wrong? Does anybody know what i should do to get my hard earned money?

you did not read all the mylot information and did not rember that you must at least sign in when you are gone as they do confiscate earnings if you go more than three months without at least just signing in. it is in the mylot information which perhaps you have never read? do go read up on it as it will save you earnings and help you enjoy mylot a lot better.Yesx you do have to start over and you can only blame yourself as you must keep up with the information on mylot and surely you read this when you signed up in the first place. You are warned about that when you first sign up for mylot.I suppose you can keep money for ages but only if you keep signings in every three months without fail they state you do not even have to post anything but must sign in to keep your account open.fpr example I was once off for 11months and I kept signing
in until my personal life was settled and I could come back, once before three months is up you must sign in to keep your account active. okay?

You should read the #11 respond...she said she was inactive for years and when she logged in she still saw her earnings in there....which happened to me the first time i was inactive....

Hey Im so sorry to hear that. That had to been a lot of work earning that much. Have you tried to contact Mylot? I see no reason why they would take your earnings like that unless you broke rules or something but even then they would have caught up with you before you earned that much so it sounds like they just took it back because you where gone so long. Complain to them and cross your fingers they give it back but I wouldn't count on it.

You must check this with the administrator. Because I was inactive for years but when I logged in again my earnings were still there and I'm active again so it is accumulating now.

I sent them an email but they still havent got back to me...didnt even sent me a confirmation that they've receive my email and will get back to me shortly...
And see, this is what I have been talking about...You've been inactive and when you got back you're money still there...The first time I was inactive same thing happened to me...i didnt login for 10 months and when i got back my money was still there and was able to still get it. Thats why i didnt think they'd do this to me since i thought i could trust them with my small money.

If you don't log in for 90 days, then your earnings are forfeited. It might not seem right, but those are the rules and we all have to live by them. You aren't the first to lose your earnings, and you won't be the last either. There have been others that have lose their earnings for the same reason. Just be active and you will earn it back in not time. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

That's unfair labor... so let's say I asked you to write for me and you did and you earned $20 from doing it then you got busy and you forgot to get you paycheck from me coz you got soooo busy...then after a year you saw me and you remembered i still have your $20 coz you did work for me before...are you just gonna accept it if i tell you... HEY ROSEKISS, That $20 is forfeited coz you have been inactive for a year and you didnt check back in with me...so you lose!!! but if you still wanna get money again...work for me again... and you will earn it back in.

well rosekiss, mylot responded to my email and they said they found a glitch on their part and apologized to me. They said i will be able to see my EARNINGS within 5 to 10 business days, then I can request for my check!!!!

I may not agree with it either, but it is something that we have to deal with. Just remember to log in often and you will do fine. I didn't intend to upset you with my post, and if I did, then I do apologize.

Hello Joi
Just remember to Log in to mylot Once in every three months. you LOST an incredibly a lot of money there, as for me, i would be sad right now if i lose that much. mylot takes away earnings to those who aren't active within three months.i am sorry buddy but you have to start all over again.

Sorry, that stinks. Do you think all 219,191 in the population are posting every 90 days? The appropriate thing would be for them to issue the money to you if they want to deactivate the account. Although, it seems to me if any of your referalls were active during that 90 days, it should count.

i know and they didnt even notify that they were gonna do that...I mean per post Iou get a cent, i spent hours and days just to get the 30 bucks and they couldnt even email me as a courtesy....im not looking for any fancy email, i'll settle for an automated email telling me request for your money or will take it...
I know this is my fault that i didnt login but a warning letter could have avoided this plus i trusted this site so much coz I got paid in 2008 after not having to login for a long time thats why i knew my money will still be there when i come back...I guess recession changed everything....sigh...

I'm sorry for your loss. You really lose some money here!
I knew that users have to login at least once in 90 days to hold their earnings, because it's clearly stated in the FAQs ( http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq6.aspx#21 ), but there is nothing there about loosing the referrals.
How did this idea come to you?
If you go to the referral page ( http://www.mylot.com/nr/earnings_r.aspx ) you can't see any referral?
If so, I think this must be written in the FAQs, too. It's not easy to loose the referrals you could hardly get.
