Hello!
Honestly, I don't have beauty secrets if we are going to talk about cosmetics or anything to apply on or beauty regimen. The only thing i hold on to myself that makes me what i am today and perhaps keeps my look today is happiness from deep inside to outside. Positive outlook in life, feelings and thoughts that's keep me look younger than my age. Well i have powder, shampoo, soap but no particular brand. Just keeping our self clean and presentable at all time, that's the secret of beauty behind. Everyone is handsome and beautiful and of course unique.

I take the saying "beauty starts from within" literally. You have to take care of what's inside before the outside beauty shows (the best part is that it would show up naturally).
I would suggest that you take glutathione. Its a master anti oxidant that basically helps the liver detoxify itself from a lot of impurities. The best part about this is that the side effects of it is skin whitening! It comes in capsules or as shots. I use Luxxe White. It's the best that I've tried so far here in the Philippines. I may not be the whitest one out there but I sure do feel healthy inside-- and it shows!
So what I suggest is that you first take care of the inside. And the outside beauty would just manifest naturally. Have a beautiful day!

The best advice ever is to stay out of the sun as much as possible. If you do spend any time in the sun, be certain to put a generous amount of a high spf sun screen on. I started walking out doors in the summer, just in the past 3-4 years. There are times I have not put sun screen on, and my legs are like alligator skin. I use stuff on my face usually, but even so I am noticing I look older and my skin is not as nice as it was before. Next year I will wear pants when I walk and use a higher SPF sunscreen on my face. I was using SPF 25, and it is a day cream, not a sun screen. I think there may be a difference in the cream and the sunscreen. I read that somewhere there is a difference, but I did not pay attention. Now I look older than I should.
People who like to use the tanning beds beware. That will fry your skin like you would not believe because the artificial rays are much higher than the sun. I have seen people in their 40's with skin that looked like it was cooked in an oven and 100 years old or so. The tan is attractive, but what those rays do to your skin is not. It makes one look 3x as old as they are, and many more wrinkles than they should have.
Keep yourself covered in the sun as much as possible. That is the best beauty advice I have for you to have nice, soft, youthful skin. And always use an SPF 45. It will not prevent you from getting tan, it blocks out the harmful rays. Use it generously and frequently. Even if it is waterproof, do not take a chance and put it on after swimming anyway.
