I have been trying to type fast, unfortunately due to slow typing speed, it takes ages for me to post new discussions or even reply to the discussions. I have tried to search for typing software, but of them come with a price and those free ones are worthless.
Is there any software to learn the Typing???
thanks for your help!!

Hi chhetp, For me, I don't think you'd need a software in order to lean typing. As long as you know where the home keys are, then all you'd have to worry about is the speed. We had typing lessons during high school and basically all we just did was type, type, and type. You can actually just practice using a book or any reference and you can type the words there. That's what I did before when I wanted to speed up my typing. Just make sure that you use the home keys. It really helps a lot.
There are also websites out there that helps calculate your WPM (words per minute). You can try typingtest.com. There was also a game application in Facebook called Typing Maniac. It can also help you speed up your typing. But I'd have to warn you, it's quite addictive! :)

You might like to try "Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing"... I know a few people that have used it and really liked it. It also has more than a million downloads on cnet. Only thing is that it's a big program... but once you have it installed and running, it's great :) Here's a link if you'd like to read up on it:

Hi Chhetp,
I am giving here bellow the link for the free on line typing course. I think it is very good. You only need to work seriously and regularly to learn fast.
