Which e-money is best - PayPal or Liberty Reserve or Webmoney ???

I think with lot and lot of E-money sites coming into the Cyber world, different earning sites prefer different payment methods. But most of them would use Payment option like Alertpay or liberty reserve. There are few others who would use WMtransfer option. I have unfortunately few bucks in almost all of them. While comparing all these Payment sites, I found the PayPal as the best and easiest one. Though some claim it is not safe from phishing. But I have been using it for sometime and if used safely is secured. I find it hard to work with Liberty Reserve, webmoney and AlertPay. What is your choice and which one is the best. Which E-money is best - PayPal or Liberty Reserve or Webmoney???
