the lyrics is about a girl who is unfaithful to his bf/husband. she loves someone else than her partner and it's killing her because she don't want to hurt her partner. now, my question is.. what will you do if you have a partner but you love someone else.? or how about if you were the partner and you know that she is unfaithful to you?

Huh this has actually happened to me before and I never related it to the song until now.
Yeah what I did was sort of cheat on him behind his back and try to keep him from finding out until I could break up with him for something. Didn't work though, he still wanted to keep me even though he found out I was cheating on him, so I had to let him down hard =/

I loved this song before...I still memorize the lyrics until now. I think many people can relate to it, but not me..I haven't been In a relationship yet..NBSB.. 
But if I was being unfaithful I would break up with my bf so he won't get hurt more..It's the right thing to do than make him suffer
