Can you swallow your pride?

I left the company for various reasons. Mainly I got a really great fight with my supervisor before. I wanted to transfer in a different team then but the management didn't allowed me. What is still the reason for me to stay in a company if I am no longer happy working there. That is a nice company to work with but I already resigned there several months ago because of that reason and some minor factors. Another great factor is that I have already worked there for quite some time and yet I felt that there is no growth.
I was employed a few days after I resigned to that company. And after two months of being an agent I was already promoted in a Quality Assurance officer. But this is not a popular company compared to the last company I have worked with. Now, I am having second thoughts to resign here because the salary is not really sufficient compared to that other company that even I am just a rank and file employee, I will be able to get what I am earning now here. I had issues with some of the processes here and I really do not like running their operations. I am still not in the position to voice out my opinions because I still belong to the lower management team.
I would want now to go back to that company that I have worked with before this current one I am having. I am eligible for a rehire though. Should I swallow my pride and go back there again? anyway, I didn't said any negative things about that company that I have worked with. I really have nothing against them aside from I resigned because I am no longer happy working if there is a tension between me and my supervisor.
Please help guys. I need your advice. Thank you.

I think one of the things that you learn in your career as well as in life is the ability to swallow the pride. There are times when you need to do that for the greater good of the family and your career as well. I think there is no harm in doing so as long as it helps you and your family.
Cheers!

Thank you dear. I am just getting practical these days. I already have proven my worth when I was already promoted in this current company I am working with. And since I am eligible to be rehired then why not grab that opportunity right?

Thank you for the compliment. I will now start working to the previous company on the 22nd of November. I will be more than happy to be with my colleagues again as I really missed them plus the company has offered me more than what I am getting there before I left them. Thank you for the nice response and I could tell that you are enjoying MyLot so far. Keep it up.

A pleasant day to you Aaronfyzeon,
With regard to your main topic, I have swallowed my pride so many times. And for me, swallowing ones pride does not mean that you are looser.
And, regarding your situation, ask for me, it is still fine if you want to go back to your previous company. Since, you have the priviledge to be re-hire.
Goodluck to your new decision. Whatever it is, just dont forget to pray. So you will be guided by prayers.

First of all I ll never leave that company just for having some tussle with supervisor, I ll manage it.
Now the situation is different as you already left and now you want to join and the company is also willing you to join mean they ll accept you. I think it is very bad habit to change companies, I would like to be with one company, now if you joined that company again then your value ll not be as you were valued for them before because this thing ll be written in your file that she already left and their ll be lack of trust among seniors on you.
If you want to join for promotions etc then it would be very difficult for you in your first company and priority ll be given to others and you ll definitely disturbed due to this, and may be you decide to leave it again.
If you are not happy with your existing company then before leaving take a look and decide where you ll go, your first company ll give you job but you ll not have any trust over there. Then my suggestion ll be why you dont apply for some company abroad, look at some companies and submit your CV you ll get positive results from them, I think instead of going to your first company you should join another compan and for future stick with them if any thing happen to you, this would be good for you....:)

Thank you so much for the response. I was already hired again by that previous company. That is a great advice. But it is worth swallowing the pride instead of having a boiling stomach because the salary I am getting from the current work that I have is not enough to sustain my living and helping my mom to live as well.
