What is the most meaningful Holiday to you and why?

For me I seem to really enjoy Christmas Time ......I Love the kids being off school for a period of time and to get the house all nice and decorated for the special day. I Love the Christmas music and drinking hot apple cider. I can't say though I enjoy the snow as I am sure my kids would differ lol....What is your fav holiday and why? Thank you for sharing Stacy

i love Christmas because of the spiritual meaning behind it. i love being in church on Christmas eve and hearing Silent Night sung in its original German.

Thats touching! That was the most important thing I left out in my post. THe Birth of Jesus. I have never heard silent Night in German but I am sure it is very beautiful Thanks so much for your response Stacy

I would take Christmas too, its a family gathering for us yearly. I live miles away from my parents now and very often I can visit them, it is during these holidays that I would be able to see them together with my siblings. This year, I am very excited for the Christmas to come because of many events I look forward to aside from family gathering like sharing this special occasion having a reunion with my high school classmates and wedding of my bestfriend. I enjoyed Christmas being a Filipino since it is the longest holiday observed in my country. Aside from bonuses, shopping malls are up for almost 24 hours 7 days which is advantage for the gift giving shopping usually this season is always at sale. lol. So for me, I find Christmas very meaningful.

Thats aweome torchablazed ....I wish Christmas could be an everyday .......Do you in the meantime use the computer and those web cams to see each other? it must be hard at times to be away but im sure its also VERY exciting when the time arrives =)
