Try www.freewarefiles.com. The games available are free. So far I have downloaded several games including Command and Conquer (Gold, Red Alert, Tiberian Sun), and Warzone 2100. If you are looking for free commercial games then you will have to try warez sites.

Am not too sure if you will find my full version games available for free online. But you should be able to find a whole set available to play for free online, and some of those games are really cool to play as well.
