Hi mylotters. I am talking about the site TDD here. I was browsing the site and then I got a message on the site. It was from a certain member of the site. The message read - Hi! Can we have ***! I'll give you additional points. swiftgamers I am aghast! When I checked the person's profile then he appeared to be under banned category yet he was online. I have PMed the admin and I am waiting for his response. But I am totally clueless here, this is the first time someone has talked to me in such a way. I am really under a shocked state right now. And what really bother me is that he was misusing the admin's name, since swiftgamers is the name of the admin. I mean how can someone be like this. How can he talk to me in such a way. What makes him think that he can talk to me like that. I hope I never encounter such a thing, since I don't really like such talks. I might be fretting too much over this but I really don't know what to do. Can you help me please?

Hi pareek, this has been happening all the time.I have had such communication mostly from banned members. I am not able to understand how they are able to do it.One is not even sure whether it is a male or female ! It happens regularly on triond and other social sites as well, dont worry, just ignore such mails...

Thank you Kiran for your reply. I think ignoring would be best. I haven't ever received any such messages before and I really was gloomy after reading it. Also now the admin has replied and he was prompt in replying and taking action. He has said that the member has been banned. I can still see the green dot beside his name indicating that he is online but I hope the matter will be fixed in a short time. Thanks again for your support.

Most welcome ! But this is something that can easily happen online , one of the negative points of using the net, we come across all kinds of people, some of whom take advantage of the anonymity the internet provides them !

Dear swtpareek I think TDD is still having some teething problems persisting n their site! There are many areas in the forum to be taken care of and logging in of the banned members like this seems to be one of the problems that has occurred with you! Just forget about such things and such rude members who in fact are trying to distract others from doing their respective jobs, under frustration! These people are simply needed to be ignored! These people in fact need sympathy for they are behaving like a spoiled kids on the site in order to draw the attention of the admin, and to prove the point that they can act a spoiled sport! Yes, I too think that targeting innocent members like you with such an abusive language is not good and is definitely not in good taste. Now, since you have initiated a discussion on the site let us see how the admin is going to react to your discussion and what action they are going to take against the offending member. Oh any way he/she is a already a banned member what all can the admin do against him/her? I think admin. should plug the loop holes to prevent such nasty incidents to occur! Thanks ! Wish You all the best and let us hope for the best!

Thanks for the post AKRao! I am feeling much better now. And ya as I said earlier in my post to Kiran, admin was quick to send me reply. What bothered me was that besides being banned he was able to access the site. I hope this loophole really gets fixed soon. You are right such members are psychopaths who just need some attention and they want to get in whatever way possible. But it's really a depressing encounter. I am now over it and hope nothing of this sort happens again. Though now I know it's better to ignore such people but since this was my first such encounter I really didn't know how to react. Thanks again for your support. Have a great day!
