Completed my graduation from Electrical and Electronic Engineering but in my country Bangladesh, there is a few posts ( a survey tells that 200 applications are dropped for a post!) where to be recruited.
Yes. Fact stands here when recruitment are held internally. We can not say it is unlawful when we notice that our friends have started performing their jobs in their Uncle's factory! we, the maximum graduated persons are confined in our home enjoying television and browsing internet for having a good news indeed!- lolz.
I'm not sure outside our third world countries, do you feel us or don't. We, the fresh graduated Electrical Engineers of Bangladesh start our professional career with an amount of 150-200$ monthly! In our early life, we can not afford our parents. We can not go abroad for we have no relatives there in abroad who will be a host. We can not apply for a higher degree as our parents really do not have that tuition fee to provide us! Life starts hereby and oneday closes after 30-40 years of interval. No remarkable achievements we have except wife & kids leading them on another generation of struggle!
Yeah guyz. I'm one of those guyz who conducted student life by doing part time journalism in a local print and in an electronic media. I remember my those dayz when after my university classes, I had to go for a report without having my lunch. I had to reach on the reporting spot walking as I had no money to ride on a bus! My only vision that time was being graduated by 6 months semester to semester fees of about 500$.
I didn't hang up in bars. I didn't misused my student life. While in leisure, I used to work in United Nations Youth & Students association of Bangladesh as a volunteer. Now, after having my graduation completed, I really have no work to do! - seems I'm free from my life, as a departed soul though sometimes I get over shocked seeing my polio patient Mum deprived of having even a minimum nursing but struggling still now for us!
GOD, I HAVE NO WORK NOW. GIVE ME A WORK FOR BEING EMPLOYED THAT I CAN DREAM FOR TOMORROW! - the equation of life has been critical hereby. & I'm looking at my nearest window where a tons of hope are waiting.. last but not the least, I'm unemployed & don't know where I'll get on a job!

I can understand the frustration you are going through. Some time back the situation was same here in India. But then over the last decade things have changed dramatically thanks to both government and the entrepreneurs taking the right steps. Do you have banks that offer loans? If so, you can think of starting some venture along with your other friends. That way not only do you solve your problem, but also provide employment to others. At first, it might be difficult, but with hardwork you will definitely succeed.
Cheers!

Yeah.. We've Grameen Bank as well of Nobel Prize Winner Dr. Muhammad Yunus! But all the banks put high defined interests. And, if I start a business here, there is no assurance having a good profit, sometimes, it turns into a huge loss in our country!
Well, Ram.
In our country, everywhere you'll see corruption. There is no nationalism where it is in India you have. Our government & political leaders inspires foreign businessmen for they can undertake some illegal money from those companies! Designing a project for my own business means designing my future damages as well!
Here, we, the general people of our country are really cursed I think living in a country like us!
No way man!
If I intend to launch a business, I'll have to keep 10% of my capital for earning the approval as there is also corruption!
hahaha.

Yes I have seen many bangladesh working in my country and they are graduates from engineering and architect.
However, their pay is low and they work as waiter in local restaurant. Some work as something else and also their pay is low.
Why don't you work online for some time and decide which career you want to go?

Yeah. Its true which you said. Graduates from our country are not as the international standard for we are deprived of having our education highly standard due to our poverty. If we could provide great salary to our teachers, they'd stay in our country. But fact is that we don't have the mentality offering our teachers a good salary & like other teachers, my father also lives below the poverty level!
Knowing about our graduates in abroad, I've decided for being experienced first from my country. You know, in our technical works, we need to be so careful & experienced after graduation. Studies & working fields are completely different. Without being experienced, you wont be able to claim that you are an ENGINEER!- that i believe.
thanks.

Dear friend...
I understand the situation you are in now because I also am in the same. I finished my studies diligently and felt I was ready for the world when I got my diploma. But unemployment is so high here that there are a thousand applicants vying for one job. And I have not given up looking too. It is important for us not to loose hope because we know within ourselves that given a chance, we have something to offer those companies. For now, try to get work experience locally and then after you can go think of working overseas. Some companies abroad do hire foreign workers and they will shoulder the cost for you to get there.
