dual sim phones, would you trust a spanish brand?

There are many chinese brands that are really wacky, those phones have 2 sim slot but you can't work with both at the same time....the other side are really expensive cells from well known brands. Here in Spain there is a new brand of makers of dual sims, they are really comptetitive on price and offers lot of security. My husband bought one and is working really good (even have a yamaha soundchip). My question is, would you trust this spanish brand? if so, how much would you pay for a unit like these? I post a picture of the handy I'm thinking to buy (I live in spain of course, price offered 99 EUR, 140.648 USD)
