An invisible child film at 11!

No joke. The thing is my homosexual brother who has never even been with a girl is having his social security checks garnished for get this child support! They told him the name of this so called child is confidential! We are so callng legal aid first thing in the morning to see what we can do to fight this. We love kids, but having to pay child support for a child they can't even prove exists? What right do they have to do that to my brother!?

He can tell them that he's gay and demand a DNA test. There must be some mix up. Either that or the woman is a nut case picking him for the supposed dad when she didn't even sleep with him.

Personally, I think its computer error, one they are refusing to fix, we have explained to them several times he does not have a child. So now lawyer time, we're calling legal aid. I called them today, but have to call back earlier in morning since we are new clients.

Wow, Fight it! That makes NO sense! if your brother is gay and never has been with a women in that way then it makes no sense! Plus they cannot deny a DNA test of the child and so called father if he wants proof he is the father then he has EVERY RIGHT! that just sounds soooo fishy! not right and def against the law.
