What are your thoughts on people who lie or lies in general?

Well I'm not a good liar at all especially with those I'm close to and trust, I can't lie without feeling self conscious and telling the truth 2 seconds later, I'm not referring to this kind of lie (oh you look good in those jeans) I'm talking about the slightly bigger lies the ones that can cause hurt feeling or shock loved ones, like I said I'm not good at it, and on the few rare occasions that I did tell a lie I felt so bad it wasn't even a big lie I just dont like the feeling of deceiving someone I care for, so I may as well not even try to lie. In fact people who lie like they breath make me sooo angry not because there good at it but because they feel nothing when they lie like lying means nothing, they dont even think about the consequence's of there lie its so weird and creepy. Enough said all in all I prefer to be honest with myself and others too its just not worth losing that trust because once you start lying know one will trust you and it may take a long time to get that trust back. what about you do you consider yourself to be a good liar? and if so do you feel that some things are worth lying about?
