Have you been to Prague or Budapest? Which city do you prefer? Why? I love both of them, but I live here in Budapest. I do not how it is living in Prague, but I think Czechs are friendlier, but there are nice Hungarians too.

I always thought that every trip is born a sense. I could not say precisely what kind of feeling it, because things vary from person to person and depending on the location visited. Budapest is a city of soul. That I can say with certainty. It is not the first time we left footprints in this city and not the first time a sense intertwined here. It marks the first time that my eyes were scratched, with longing, smart and lively streets near the Danube and is not the first time every bridge that connects Buda and Pest wearing my steps, uncertain, swirling over waters too. I gladly come back here every time, for a promenade on the seafront near the Parliament, a coffee with more milk in one of the many pubs on Vaci Uta and a day of pampering in arhicunoscutele thermal baths are good for body and soul than whatever. For breathtaking moments not only need to make a visit to the Citadel on Gellert Hill. From there, comprehensive look most beautiful sights you have Budapest Chain Bridge, Parliament, Margaret Island, Queen Elizabeth Bridge, Matthias Church and Royal Palace. Below, the river, the limestone area, she sees many built thermal baths since Roman times: Gellert, Kirally, Széchenyi. I love Budapest because it is full of history and modernity, dynamism and serenity as well. And especially, I like, that can dream and live here all the secrets of my soul completely unhindered.

I traveled to Budapest in 1990 when I was on my way around Europe on different trains. I loved it and saw some very attractive architecture. I liked seeing the river and took a trip on it. It was delightful to ride around on the trams. I found the Hungarian people friendly. On my trip to Croatia in 2003 I was helped by four kind Hungarian people when I most needed assistance. I traveled to Prague in 1996 when I was in my mid twenties. I was on a trip going to the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. I found it a very beautiful city with sights like the Charles Bridge, its perfect city square and is stunning view points. I found the Czech people friendly. By that time Prague had become more touristy than it has been in Budapest. In 2006 I traveled to Bulgaria and Romania. I asked some travelers what they had thought of Budapest and they loved it. I happen to adore both Budapest and Prague. They are as lovely as other European favorites like Salzburg, Lisbon and Istanbul.
