Does Megaupload and Megavideo Limited pay?

As some of you know, the sister companies megaupload and megavideo got something called REWARDS PROGRAM through which they pay for getting our files downloaded by other people and getting the videos we uploaded watched by others... The rewards are set too high for redeeming minimum amount.
