Do You Check Into The PTC's You Join BEFORE You Join?

I am so sick of hearing people say that you cannot make any money with ptc's! Sure you will not get rich but they all usually are victims of the most popular ones that everyone gets excited about then turns into a scam then never tries another one and just thinks they are all the same! There is a site that is called "paid to click investigations" http://ptc-investigation.com/default.aspx (NOT A REF LINK. I DO NOT WORK FOR THEM) that i have found a life and time saver! i check with them before i do ANY ptc's and get their newsletter so if a site i belong to that was deemed legit changes status i know first! They show proof of payment and tell you a lot about the ptc site so you can know if it's a quick earner or a slow one, etc...
I really wish people would look into stuff before they join and not just assume whatever is popular at the time is legit because everyone is doing it!! I've only had 1 or 2 sites turn into scams that were ok'd by ptc investigations, and it was them that told me before hand, so I could stop wasting time!! One bad apple doesn't deem the whole concept a scam..
Do you find a lot of people that try one thing, and if it doesn't work they refuse to believe that there are any good sites? Have you been burned? Have you used the above site? Do you take the time to investigate sites you join or just follow the pack?
note: I do not have anything to do with above site. I also am not saying that you will become rich, etc. just that if you do it right you will get paid something if you are smart about which you go through and do your homework.

I only use legit sites and I only join the ones that are proven to be legitimate.

same here.. and i make sure im hearing its legit from a site that looks into them since a lot of people online that you think are your friends will get you to join a ton of things just to have them all end up scams

Yes of course i always do, but i mean you still get caught with a few scam sites because a lot of them start off paying and then they eventually stop paying there members you at the beginning you find good reviews say that the site is paying and so on but it still eventually turn in a scam site.

These are the same people who don't read contracts before they sign them and are completely surprised when their cell phone bill has all these extra charges, or their bank takes a bunch of money in fees.
If you don't read something before you sign it or agree to it, then you have no right to complain when these things happen.
