What country are you in? I am not aware how water rights go. I thought that your topic was intriguing. I will be back to see what comes of the discussion. I like to learn new things.

I use to go to a place called Little River in Northern Florida. I saw this girl crying I asked her why she was crying. She said this will be the last time she will ever swim in Little River. She said it was pasted down in her family. I asked her well since it was private property why did your family just let people come here. She said we never had a problem she said but she didn't care if people came. I asked her are you not afraid to get suede? She said that if there is water on your property that is community property because she might own the land but she don't own the water. She didn't care who came there to enjoy the springs but she said that people had access to the water (LEGALLY) BUT SHE DIDN"T CARE IF EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN and it was always. After I saw her they put a dumpster there. Rumors went everywhere Several months went by they put a fence up we plowed it over several times. I want to know what you think I feel violated and taken.

Hiya tamron,
Although this is never mentioned in this Country it all seems to go on behind closed Doors.
Water stealing does go on here too in various forms. I went to a small Village where the River has been diverted and the best of the Water is being used for those Spa places you know and those Mineral Water Baths. Wait for it who benefits well not the ordinary People who live there but only the People that can afford to pay such ludicrous prices.
They still going on being poor and are now left without a River to enjoy to top it. That is just one I have come across recently there have been others like flooding Villages that are in Valleys to make Dams saying that they were really needed but when I go past one or two of these I often think who does it benefit really the Boats that I see sailing on them and those other kind of Water entertainment and the luxurious Houses that build around them too.
When us ordinary People are not allowed to even bathe in those Places either.
