last day,i joined this site,and there is no minium payout.and i was paid since i clicked two links.but today it only pay the member who reaches 2 euro.is it a cheater?

Hi I don't know which you talk about. If they not paid as per their rules and regulations then please contact the admin if they replies and paid you then it will genuine otherwise leave this site you will waste you time there. Regards
