Should China raise its currency value?

It is claimed that China has been keeping its currency at an unfairly low level to gain competitive advantage in exports. The US and Europe are particularly unhappy and have been pushing China to raise the value of the yuan. Do you agree with China or the US and Europe?

I think that just raising currency value is not that easy. There could be some sort of conditions and US and Europe think that it still not met.
