Many people have the dreams to travel worldwide or to have have their own dream house. Traveling is OK but before I do that I have to secure first my future, buy my dream house, have my own business to support my life style and a car to share with my family. Traveling is a good experience to cherish fo life but it's always nice to come home in your own house. What will be your choice?

How about buying that dream house, letting it on rent, traveling on loan, repaying that in installments from rent, and then buying a car on installments? Are we allowed that?

Aw Rich - much as I would like to help the orphans, I am against institutionalizing any act of charity - be it orphanages, or home for elderly. I'd rather everybody in the society became responsible, and loving, and if there were somebody helpless out there, somebody would come forward - gladly - and take the child home and give the child a normal environment. By institutionalizing, we might be absolving our conscience and becoming more complacent about the fate of these people. We already discussed this in my discussion on nuns I think. :) Many people are now comfortable leaving their elderly folks on street because they are confident some old age home or the other will take care of them. That is so bad! Is that what the elderly are looking for? Wouldn't they prefer to be with their own children rather than in old age homes? Moreover, what I give to charity, I could give as real estate with no rights to sell. People who sell properties like that can pocket half the money as black in our country. I dont know what happens in America, or Thailand. But I can say this - in India, if you are selling a property worth 100000 then chances are you will be paid at least 50000 in black, i.e., something that does not appear in registration document, and therefore, does not entail taxes. Effectively, that can be siphoned away by the person who runs the orphanage, or old age home. I wish I was ignorant Rich. For somebody who has seen cars, homes, and traveled much, you are still so... innocent? America must be a real honest place.

If I receive some money, I would move to another country. I am annoyed with my local area. Nothin but fights between friends. Friendships are destroyed because of it. No one backs down to say sorry. If I was to move, I would know no one and I would not have to put up with all fighting amongst friends.

I want to travel, and buy house and car. I think the question here is what to secure first. Like you, I'd like to buy my dream house and car. And I think it would be much easier to save money for travel.

Well since I have a house and a truck I would travel if I received money. Traveling would be a wonderful thing to me. Visiting different countries with their different cultures. I would love it. Hopefully some day this will happen. Yes and coming back home after a long trip, sleeping in your own bed is a wonderful feeling too!
