Do you mean fall of 2011 as this fall is almost over? Any kind of work that you don't like is likely to make you sick, but there are three possible things you can do about that: 1) look for a better job, 2) do something constructive to improve your current workplace, or, and sometimes this is the only practical solution -- take personal control to change your outlook so that the crummy job has no power over you. The latter is not an easy skill to develop, but it is healthy and a good learning process. It is a matter of developing a detachment.
Meanwhile, here is a fun article:

Good luck.

She is so right! I keeping missing you all. Life is not so fun as it used to be but as you say, we can make the best out of it. Just trying to do that. Lots of love.

Good luck rose! I, myself, here struggling with my work pressure. I enjoy doing my job and love every bit of it. I try to make it interesting by adding fun stuff off and on but still sometimes it gets to a point from where I find myself no where after so many years of working. May be i am not doing much of 'me-stuffs' nowadays and need to concentrate on it. My creativity has reached an all time low. I am working on it. May be soon, I will get to rediscover myself. Till then have fun and love life.

Thank you for your words of encouragement. Its good to know sometimes that someone else is going through the same thing.
I did rediscover myself in the past year and I'm really afraid that its slipping and all the good work I did is going to be lost.
Best of luck to you. I hope you discover life's happiness.

I would prefer a better job myself but as i've already been to college for abit.. i wouldn't like to go back to college though as it wasn't a very enjoyable part of life and it didn't really give me much experience, but if its going to help you get a better job it would be worth it... only if you can afford to live without the money from your job though as i know i wouldn't be able to.

I've been looking for another job. I had some luck with a hotel. I had a job interview but I don't think I'll be hired. People tend to think I'm overqualified for housekeeping and are afraid I'll leave after a few months.
I think even if I did get offered the position I wouldn't take it though. The boss seems strict and I would have to take my nose piercing out. This would mean it would grow over. I've taken it out many times before for work and really don't want to have to deal with that again. I think its excessive for a job cleaning up after staff.
I am planning on having a garage sale. Unfortunately all my stuff is 10 hrs by car away. My mom was going to have a garage sale but she has a weird thing about having her stuff on the street for neighbours to see so she hasn't gotten around to it. She'd just rather give it away to charity. I like to try
and sell it and then donate it if I can't sell it.
