I know what you'll say. GET A SHOT.
Yes but it's expensive. But if you have a similar experience or ideas, please share.
My puppy is healthy and she bit me while playing with her sister. It was unintentional. They are still 3 months and was about to get a shot this Monday. But we have to cancel the appointment because we need to observe her.

I checked your profile and saw that your from Philippines, I have dogs as well. You don't have to pay expensive anti rabies vaccine, just go to your municipal city hall and ask for the office of city vet. You can get your puppies vaccinated for anti rabies with no fee. All of my dogs are vaccinated at our municipal city vet. They only offer free anti rabies vaccine for dogs.

Everybody is right. Your life is more importand than the money you need to spend for that shot.
But you try to analize the situation. Did your puppies come in contact with other dogs or wild animals? Was there any chance for them to get the rabies? If both your puppies and their mother didn't leave your yard and didn't have any contact with another animal, they may not have rabies. Here's an article about how rabies is transmited: http://rabies.emedtv.com/rabies/rabies-transmission.html
Here's a quote from the same article:
Is an Animal Contagious During the Rabies Incubation Period?
During the rabies incubation period, a bite by the infected animal does not carry a risk of rabies because the virus is not yet in the saliva. Only late in the disease, after the rabies virus has reached the brain and multiplied there to cause encephalitis (inflammation of the brain), does the virus move from the brain to the salivary glands and saliva.
You judge the situation.
I don't say not to get that shot, but you know your puppies better and you may judge according to that.

We also asked that. My puppies never go outside. They never had contact with animals. But I guess the stray cat that keeps on eating their left over food. But they bit me because they were playing. It's not like they bit me because of the virus right? Thanks for posting the link. I wondered why the virus stays in the saliva if it is hydrophobic. Or is it the person that becomes hydrophobic? I'll just research on it.

That's why I copied the entire paragraph about the incubation period. Assuming that your puppies got rabies (which, I hope, is not true), if they were playing, they were, at worst, in their incubation period. This means their bite wasn't contagious.
Now that you said a stray cat comes to eat your puppies leftovers, there is a risk for them to have the virus. If you've read the article about how rabies is transmited, you know that it can be transmited through the saliva of the infected animal.
You should monitor the stray cat and, at the slightest sign of illness, you should rush to the hospital to get that shot. I wish you won't need to do so.

I don't think you need a shot... Especially if your dog is perfectly healthy. But quite often animal bites easily get infected. And that can cause a lot of problems for you!
I work with animals and have been bitten before... You just go to the doctor and they give you some antibiotics. The sooner you do this the better!!!! Infected animal bites are not fun at all!!!!!!

Did the bite break the skin? If it didn't, then you shouldn't need to go to a doctor at all. But if the bite did break the skin, even if it's not deep, then there's a good chance for it to get infected and you should go to a doctor to get some antibiotics (they will be in pill form, not shot form... the only reason you would need to get a shot is if you're not up to date on your tetanus shots... but if you've had a tetanus shot in the past 10 years then you won't need to get any shots for the bite)
Unintentional are just as likely to get infected as intentional bites... So if the bite broke the skin, you should go to the doctor to make sure the bite doesn't get infected.

She is perfectly healthy. The first thing to ask is "was the bite intentional or unintentional?". Mine was unintentional. If it's intentional, that's the time I'll be worried.
My little puppy got excited. I think she considers me her chew toy. It was a playful bite but when she saw her sister approaching, she inclined her head a bit and that's where I felt the pain. Her sharp tooth mad a 1-inch scratch on my skin. If it's an intentional bite, the bite should be deep and all her teeth should have a mark on my skin. But still, I think of having a shot if I'll have money.

I have to agree with everyone on this one that your life is more important. I have read above that you have to help pay for your sisters college, but I am sure your life is more important as well. How would your family feel if you were no longer around.
Anyways, all that put aside, yes it is best to go ahead and observe your puppy like in a cage. You should keep her isolated from the others. Just in case if she does have rabies, then she will not spread and attack the other dogs.
Another question that I would like to ask, when your puppy bit you, did she break the skin, was it like a hard bite or was it just a nip. If she broke the skin then you should be concerned and get to a doctor as soon as possible for your shot and if not then really shouldn't worry about it and maybe you could wait a bit and visit a doctor later, for just in case.

Yes, Most people would say get a shot right away, but I hear you would have to put the dog that bit you under observation and if that dog starts to go weak and just lays down the entire day then you better go to a doctor and get that shot I mean fast because that dog could definitely be rabid, and rabies can kill.
